If the problem cannot be resolved and an exchange cannot be worked out, we will offer to refund your money less a restocking fee. IMPORTANT: Opened bottles of fragrance oil cannot be returned for any reason.

At Murray's Interiors, we try our best to ship out your order the same day that it is placed if possible. We typically ship your order via UPS Ground, but we can also ship via Fedex Ground or U.S. Mail upon request.
